Welcome to Supercomms. By accessing or using our email intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Supercomms provides an email intelligence platform that:

• Syncs and organizes your Gmail emails

• Uses AI to classify and analyze email content

• Generates draft replies and suggested responses

• Allows you to send emails and mark emails as read

• Integrates with Google Calendar to view, create, update, and delete calendar events

• Integrates with Google Tasks to view, create, update, and delete tasks

• Provides email insights and analytics

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Google OAuth

To use Supercomms, you must authenticate using Google OAuth. By connecting your Google account, you grant us permission to access your Gmail and (optionally) Calendar and Tasks data as specified during the OAuth authorization flow. You can choose which features to enable and can request additional permissions at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You Agree To:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Respect the privacy and rights of others

• Provide accurate information

4.2 You Agree NOT To:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (except via documented APIs)

• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

By using Supercomms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may send emails and modify email labels (e.g., mark as read) on your behalf when you use these features

• We use AI (including OpenAI) to analyze and classify your emails

• You retain ownership of your data

• You can revoke access and delete your data at any time

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Supercomms and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your email data and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Gmail, Calendar, and Tasks APIs

• OpenAI for AI processing

• Other services as listed in our Privacy Policy

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• Available at all times without interruption

• Error-free or free from security vulnerabilities

• Compatible with all devices or configurations

• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

AI-generated email classifications and draft replies are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before sending emails or taking actions based on our suggestions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERCOMMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill

• Service interruptions or data loss

• Errors in AI-generated content or classifications

• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supercomms and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Your content or data

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Google account through the app settings

• Revoking access through your Google Account settings

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• Your use poses a security risk

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

• Required by law

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease

• We will delete your data according to our data retention policy

• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Dispute Resolution
